Getaway to the New Forest
Welcome to our cozy getaways in the heart of the New Forest. Nestled in the southwest of Hampshire and southeast of Wiltshire, the New Forest is one of the largest remaining expanses of unenclosed pasture, heathland, and forest in Southern England. Just an hour and a half from London, this beautiful area was proclaimed a royal forest by William the Conqueror in 1079 and has been a place of natural beauty and historical significance ever since.
Our Accommodation:
Hut in the Forest: Located on the grounds of the PIG BEER Brewery in Setley, this charming shepherd's hut is perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful solo retreat. Clad in waney edge oak, the hut features a king size bed, wood burning stove, compact kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a cozy indoor seating area. Outside, enjoy a wood fired hot tub, covered seating area with a BBQ, and serene views of the surrounding fields.
Cabin in the Forest: Also located on the grounds of the PIG BEER Brewery, The Cabin boasts vaulted ceilings and large solid oak beams, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. It features a king size bed with soft duvet and pillows for a restful night's sleep. The kitchenette is equipped with a small table top oven with two basic hobs, and a compact undercounter fridge and freezer. A breakfast table with stools sits at the entrance, perfect for morning coffee.
Outside, there is a small patio with tables, chairs, and a BBQ. While the patio is overlooked by the house, we aim to give guests as much privacy as possible. Hedging around the Cabin and patio provides privacy from the brewery beer garden.
